Our PDFs are digital goods delivered instantly. Because the content is accessible immediately on purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed or the link has been used.
Raise any such issue within 7 days of purchase by emailing us with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
Study-app subscriptions grant access for a fixed term (8 months) and are non-refundable once activated, except in the duplicate-charge or non-delivery cases above. You may stop using the service at any time; access remains until the term ends and does not auto-renew.
